Why we started this foundation
One visit. One image we could not unsee…
Kenya has been part of our live for some years now part of our lives — a country we return to for its people, its landscape, and its warmth.
On one of those visits, our tuktuk driver invited us to his village and the local school. What we found beyond the tourist road changed everything.
Children were learning hungry, sitting on damp mud floors, with almost no materials. One small boy stood there in an oversized hand-me-down skirt — likely the only uniform his family could find. That image stayed with us.
Doing nothing was no longer an option.
